In the screw chamber, the raw materials are subjected to high pressure and temperature. The compressed mixture, when passing from the high-pressure zone into the free space of the forming die, foams under the influence of hot steam formed by the transition of moisture into a gaseous state. At the outlet of the die, the product is cut to the required size by adjusting the speed of the cutting mechanism motor. A VP-2 exhaust system can be connected to the moisture extraction housing, which effectively removes steam from the finished product outlet area.
