Essiccatoio flusso orizzontale in continuo
Vendesi Essiccatoio agricolo orizzontale dinamico a tre piani interamente rivestito in acciaio inox. Ottimo per essiccare prodotti vegetali freschi. L’essiccatoio è regolabile da PLC (siemens) in:
- Velocità di avanzamento dei nastri di essiccazione indipendenti
- Temperatura dell’aria in entrata da 20 °C a 90 °C
- Velocità di immissione e dell’estrazione dell’aria
L’aria riscaldata dal bruciatore (Riello) viene immessa grazie ad un potente ventilatore nelle canaline in acciaio posizionati ai lati di ciascuno nastro di essiccazione. L’aria satura viene raccolta in due cappe laterali e aspirata esternamente tramite ventilatore. L’essiccazione avviene per flusso orizzontale d’aria.
L’ultima metà del piano inferiore è alimentata con aria fredda per la fuoriuscita di un materiale essiccato a temperatura ambiente, fondamentale per non riassorbire umidità. L’essiccatoio è dotato di tramoggia di carico con relativo nastro elevatore tassellato per il carico delle matrici anche più leggere; viene fornito anche il nastro trasportatore di scarico dotato di meccanismo di regolazione in altezza.

Multi-storey dynamic horizontal agricultural dryer
For sale three-storey dynamic horizontal agricultural dryer, entirely covered in stainless steel. Excellent for drying fresh vegetable matrices, even very delicate and wet ones. The dryer is managed by PLC (Siemens) in:
- Speed of advancement of the independent conveyor belts for each floor
- Inlet air temperature from 20 ° C to 90 ° C
- Speed of introduction and extraction of air
The air heated by the burner (Riello) is introduced thanks to a powerful fan into the steel channels located on the sides of each conveyor belt. The saturated air is collected in two side hoods and extracted externally by a dedicated fan.
The conveyor belts consist of a glass fiber mesh coated with siliconized polymers with a 2 mm x 2 mm hole.
The last half of the lower floor is fed with cold air for the release of a dried material at room temperature, essential for not reabsorbing enviromental moisture. The dryer is equipped with a loading hopper with relative doweled elevator belt for loading even the lightest products; the unloading conveyor belt is also supplied with a height adjustment mechanism.
