6050 CARBONATOR Wood Debris to Biochar Conversion System Title: 6050 CARBONATOR Wood Debris to Biochar Conversion System SKU: 123383 Model: 6050 CARBONATOR Year: 2019 Condition: Used Features: - Reduces wood debris by approximately 90% without processing or disposal costs and very low operating costs. - The 6050 CARBONATOR can carbonize clean wood and vegetation, such as logs, limbs, stumps, branches, and yard waste; as well as unpainted and untreated wood debris such as lumber and pallets. - Wood debris is carbonized at high throughput rates, and with no material pre-processing required. - Large blower recirculates air for re-combustion and keeps smoke inside the carbonizing chamber. - The end product is biochar, a carbon-based material which can be used in soil and water remediation. - Machine includes drive units for mobility. Material Throughput Rate: 17 to 20-Tons per Hour Output Rate: 4 to 5 yards of Biochar per Hour Engine: CATERPILLAR C4.4 ACERT 148HP Industrial Diesel Engine Hours: 3173 hrs. Machine History: - Original machine is a 2019 Ragnar Original Innovations (ROI) CARBONATOR 500. - Rebuilt to the standard of the 6050 CARBONATOR by Tigercat after ROI acquisition, with upgrades and modifications such as new fans, grates, and software. - Machine was stationary during operations, therefore the drive units have been rarely used. - Machine was operational prior to being decommissioned.
