Rotary Scrubber 4.0m x 7.4m w/ 600 kW Motor Title: Rotary Scrubber 4.0m x 7.4m w/ 600 kW Motor SKU: 86953 Model: Vecor Year: 2004 Condition: Used Made In: UNITED STATES ** Included equipment description Overflow discharge scrubber - complete with shell and end plates, single helical fabricated steel gear and forged steel pinion, automatic grease spray gear and pinion lubrication system, gear guard, slipper pad type main bearings with sole plates, hydrodynamic main bearing lubrication, feed spout, discharge spout, and guards. - Mill drive motor, motor starters, reducer, pneumatic clutch, mill liners Lots of rubber scrubber liners - Consists of 63 mm plate with 76 mm lift, and filler ring 600 kW, 1200 RPM squirrel cage induction motor Eaton Airflex 38VC1200 or equal single wide pneumatic clutch Falk 465A2 drive Shell & Integral Parts Specifications - Capacity 450 tones per hour - Shell Material: 25mm mild steel plate conforming to BS4360 GR 43A - Ultrasonic tested to BS 5996 1980 GR B1. - Plate edges prepared for automatic submerged arc welding process. - Bearing Runners Material: 50mm mild steel plate conforming to BS 4360 GR 55EE - Ultrasonic tested to BS 5996 1980 GRB4. - GR 50EE material is vacuum de-gassed, fully killed and aluminum-treated to ensure fine grain. The steel is ladle treated to reduce sulfur content below 0.010%. - Longitudinal Joints: Staggered to avoid crossing at circumferential seams, weld seams internal to shell is ground flush. - End Plates: 100mm welded adjacent to shell, ultrasonic tested to BS 5996 1980 GR B4E. - Finish: Inside shell lined with 450 micron layer of dual epoxy paint. Outside feed/discharge end diaphragms lined with 6mm rubber. - Other Features: No manhole opening due to large inlet/outlet openings providing easy access to inside shell.
