Machine for producing concrete pipes C-1200 produces concrete pipes diameter from 300-1200mm by vibrating of core.

Machine is placed in concrete base built according to manufacturer’s layout.

Forming head, electric and hydraulic controls are placed above surface.

Main parts of C-1200:

- Main hydraulic cylinder stand
- Hydraulic cylinder with core bearer
- Core with vibrators

- Pipe height max: 1m

Capacity for producing concrete pipes height 1m:
1. 150 pipes - fi300 per 8h
2. 150 pipes - fi400 per 8h
3. 120 pipes - fi500 per 8h
4. 90 pipes - fi600 per 8h
5. 50 pipes - fi1000 per 8h
6. 40 pipes - fi1200 per 8h

- Concrete base dimensions: 4100x3470x2150
- Forming head height 1500 mm.
- Total weight without ring pads: 6135 kg (with outside moulds and core fi300/400/600)

Number of workers needed:
•Concrete transport from concrete plant to machine C-1200: 1
•Operator C-1200 : 1
•Fresh pipes transport from machine to curing place with accu cart: 1

or

•Fresh pipes transport from machine to curing place with standard cart for fi300-fi 700mm: 1

or

•Fresh pipes transport from machine to curing place with standard cart for fi800-fi 1200mm: 3

•Worker for placing ring pad in machine: 1

Space required for daily production of pipe fi 1000mm:
•45 pipes fi 1000: 60m2
•Pipes need to cure 48h before removing ring pad: 120m2
•Pipes need to cure for 10 days before transport (storage of products): 400m2

Total space required for production of pipes:
660m2 + 100m2 for transport paths = 760m2

*It is good to have all this space indoor, but necessary indoor space is only for machine (70m2), rest can be done on the outdoor.

Mechanisation:
Forklift 5t, with silo, for concrete transport (from concrete plant to machine C-1200)
