The HPL/HEX-Series from Rotar screens, sorts, washes, mixes, and cleans various materials. This Screening Drum offers the most effective method for any hydraulic excavator or wheel loader. In the 1970s, this was Rotar’s first innovative solution and thus the founder of our company. Our engineer Rick de Jong and director Louis Broekhuizen will be happy to tell you more.
“The Rotar Cleaner design is based on the idea conceived by a local road contractor. He invented a screening drum for wheel loaders. The principal idea was to have clean pavings before he reused them. The product improved continuously. The installation and operating system of the screening drum on construction machines have had a revolutionary change. The implementation of interchangeable screen meshes has created much more versatility. Nowadays, it can screen, clean, wash, mix and cultivate all kinds of materials.”
“The Rotar Cleaner is the first attachment Rotar ever developed. This unique rotating screening bucket is initially designed for cleaning pave stones. With the implementation of insert-screen meshes, the Rotar Cleaner turned into a flexible and effective screening attachment. The Rotar Cleaner is available for excavators, the HEX-Series, and wheeled loaders, the HPL-Series. Due to the EVO-operating system, the bucket can be operated by a bi-directional joystick or foot pedal. The tool has proven its functionality in screening, mixing, washing, cleaning, separating, and cultivating.”
