a) MELTING TANK w/ AGITATOR
• No.1 500lt melting tank.
• Fast acting thermal oil heating jacket with thermostatic control system.
• Hydrostatically driven agitator guarantees homogenous compound melting.
• Forward-reverse operation of agitator can be selected.
• Overload protection for agitator hydrostatic drive.
• Easy access to agitator shaft.
• Possibility to circulate melted compound.
• Discharge gate.
• Insulated tank body.
• Pre-melting shelf for safe and continuous compound loading.
• 500x500mm manhole with safety grid.
• Reliable & stiff structure.
b) HEATING SYSTEM
• Continuous circulation of thermal oil.
• Diesel burner for oil heating.
• Thermostatic control system for thermal oil.
• Expansion tank for thermal oil
• Stainless steel double wall smoke stack.
• Hydrostatically driven oil circulation pump.
c) SEALING EQUIPMENT
• 6m length electrically heated double hose sealing lance for circulation & problem free operation.
• Lance is equipped with sealant filling-paving tip.
• Hydrostatically driven gear type bitumen circulation pump with safety relief valve.
• Forward-reverse operation of pump can be selected for emptying sealing hose at the end of work.
