The XR vacuum gripper by BEFARD is designed to work in a variety of conditions, as it is uniquely configured and versatile. Individual versions of the BEFARD vacuum gripper are devices adapted to the diverse needs of their users.
The BEFARD XR vacuum gripper will lift:
- horizontal and vertical wall panels
- roof panels with different slope angles
- other panels with a sinusoidal profile
Features and specification:
- maximum capacity: 600 kg (depending on the number of suction cups)
- powered by an internal battery with a battery charge indicator
- sound signals
- large vacuum tank
- integrated vacuum measuring devices
- additional security straps
- easy, individual configuration of the suction cups, without the use of specialized tools

The BEFARD XR 500 vacuum gripper is designed to work in various conditions thanks to its individual configuration.

The BEFARD XR 500 series gripper is designed for transporting, lifting and installation of:

wall panels, horizontal and vertical ones, up to approx. 14 metres long (depending on panel filling)
roof panels up to approx. 14 metres long (depending on panel filling)
other panels, e.g. with sinusoidal profile (specially adapted suction cups)

Additional extension element 4 pcs (up to 8 pieces can be added)
Roof set 2x2 slings - without suction cups (1 set)
Suction cup 160 mm x 430 mm - hoisting capacity: 75 kg (8 pieces)
Wall suction cups 160 mm x 430 mm hoisting capacity = 150 kg (1 set)
Roof set, intermediary, 2x2 slings - without suction cups (1 set)
Safety belts for roof and wall panels (1 set)
