The VOLVO EC290B LC is a 29-ton long-track (LC) hydraulic excavator from Volvo's B-series, manufactured approximately from 2002 to 2007. It comes standard with a Volvo D7E turbocharged diesel engine, has a working weight of approximately 28.2–29.9 tons, a standard bucket capacity of 1.7 m³, and is primarily designed for heavy-duty, high-efficiency earthmoving and rock excavation.
