HOPPER FOR AGGREGATE CONTAINMENT AND DOSINGThe “BT1S” AGGREGATE HOPPER is designed for the storage and dosing of aggregates, with the capability to transfer material directly into a truck mixer or a mixer. It is an ideal solution for construction companies active in building and road paving for concrete production. Its versatility makes it perfect for mobile worksites, thanks to its easy installation and rapid dismantling.Features & OperationThe storage bin is equipped with ambidextrous upper side extensions, allowing the loading ramp’s position to be chosen based on the available space on site. Aggregates are weighed electronically via load cells, and dosing is performed by subtraction (loss-in-weight) from the total stored quantity.Conveying SystemAggregate transport towards the truck mixer is carried out via a ribbed rubber lifting belt (chevron belt), which conveys the material to a height of $4.2\ m$, while a smooth extraction belt facilitates material extraction.Control & QualityThe aggregate unit is managed autonomously via a centralized control panel. Thanks to an electronic terminal with an alphanumeric keypad and display, managing automatic programs is simple and intuitive.Every unit is painted using a high-quality sandblasting and spray painting cycle, performed by specialized companies, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance over time.
