Ruko hf

The owners of Hýsi-Merkúr hf is Rüko GmbH with 60% , Þröstur Lýðsson with 20% and Klara Sigurðardóttir with 20%.

We seperate the company in two departsments, Hýsi and Merkúr.

Hýsi, the building department imports and sells steel and glulam construction houses, composite panels, industrial- and garage doors and other similar items that you need to make a house.

Merkúr, the machine department represent the whole Liebherr group (apart from the refrigerators). Putzmeister Concrete, both shotcrete pumps and plaster divisions, Weber compaction equipment and several types of attachments for earth moving equipment like Allu screening and crushing buckets, Engcon rototills, Indeco breakers, Indexator rototilts, Lenhoff buckets and also Thwaites dumpers.
