Focusing on construction projects, sales, lease, and service operations of construction and industrial machines, thruout the years APA took the dealership rights of the leader brands of the sector. With more than 50 years expertise, APA has completed various of construction projects nation wide and abroad. In 2003 with the formation of the sister company Libra Makina in Mersin Free Zone, Apa started import and export operations on construction machinery and related attachments. Mainly aiming the export operations to Iraq and Middle East, APA serviced variety of goods to the US Army and to its sub-contractors. With the flexibility and dinamism re-export operations are done thru its Free Zone branch. With its experienced procurement personell, from 2003 and on Apa has been a sub contractor to the US Army, KBR, and TWI. With various projects completed successfully, APA has also serviced local constractors and subcontractors.

With operational machine leasing projects, APA actively executes and subcontracts projects on earth moving, demolution, excavating, road, canal, waterway, fence construction and other construction machine works. With the wide range stock of machine park, APA is able to lease construction machines, project based long-term or short term nationally and internationally.

In year 2004 by getting the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate, APA has proven its quality control and quality assurance policies on its areas of operations. Starting in year 2009, APA executed various projects in Turkmenistan. In the beginning as a subcontractor for civil engineering projects, APA has completed various construction projects focusing on airport runways and aprons.
