Year 2004 with 6,037 hours showing on the clock. 2 deck 3 way split scalping screen, 16ft x 5ft (4.8m x 1.5m) Twin Deck heavy duty Screenbox producing 3 x screened products. Fingers installed on top Deck and Mesh on bottom deck currently, we can obtain or install new fingers/mesh at additional cost. Fitted with Deutz Engine, This screener comes with Steel Apron Feeder and large hopper, All belts in good condition and all fully hydraulic folding. Hydraulic landing legs installed on rear of machine to increase stability while working and Catwalks all around screenbox for ease of serving. Applications include quarrying, mining construction and demolition debris, topsoil, recycling, sand, gravel, coal and aggregates. The plant has the capacity to process at a rate of up to 500 tonnes per hour and can be fed either by a tracked mobile crusher or an excavator.
