Used Leffer VRM2500 Piling Accessory for sale.Max. casing diameter: 2500 mmLifting force: 5150 kNClamping force: 3780 kNTorque: 7070 kNmOperating pressure: 300 barTravel of casing: 546 mmNet weight: 40 tonnesSet of reducers from 2500 mm to 2000 mmCompletely overhauled in 2012:• Oscillator completely disassembled with sandblasting and paint• Replace the sealing kit of all cylinders• Replace all spherical bearing• Replace cylinder rod of oscillator left side• Replace cylinder liner of oscillator and retaining cylinder• Re-Chrome all damaged cylinder rods• Replace pressure accumulator and clamping and retaining system• Replace pressure gauge• Replace damage solenoid valve• Replace oscillator control valve• Replace all hydraulic hose• Rebuild all pin hole• Replace all pins• Replace and renew all clamping collet• Replace all damaged hydraulic fitting• Replace all damaged electric cables and sockets• Replace double check valve of clamping and retaining systemRepair works done in 2017:• Exchange all hydraulic hoses (except hoses between casing oscillator and machine/powerpack)• Repair the painting (touch-up, no sandblasting• Wireless control installedعرض المزيد
